ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to our expansion within the European market, we are seeking a fluent English-speaking
Sales Executive to join our team. This is an important role that will play a key part in the continuous growth of the company.
Based at our HQ in Oslo, you will work closely with a highly committed sales team aiming for the same goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Secure new customers from by building a healthy pipeline of scheduled demos and pilots
- Drive the sales process from a-z including negotiations and implementation of long term contracts
- Recommend opportunities for incremental revenue increase as appropriate during the client relationship and during the annual renewal process
- Work alongside marketing to provide feedback and direction on campaigns for lead generation
- Work closely with our PAM to implement collaboration between partners and their end clients
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
You are passionate about the need to change meeting culture, with experience in enterprise, B2B sales, ideally for a SaaS model.
You are entrepreneurial, thoughtful, and ambitious, with the ability to listen well and assess customers’ needs. In addition:
- Minimum 3 yrs. of higher relevant education e.g. BSc in international marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 yrs. of proven sales experience within solution sales
- A track record of closing sales and exceeding expectations
- An eagerness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Fluent in English (working language), with another native language as a bonus. Norwegian skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
