Due to our rapid growth in our sales team in Europe, we are hiring a Sales Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales Manager you will have a leading role in our sales organization. Your mandate is to further grow and develop our sales team to continued success.
Based at our HQ in Oslo, you will work closely with our management team to strengthen our position in the European market.
You will be a part of a highly committed team aiming for the same goals, allowing you to have a great impact on a thriving business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work actively coaching and supporting your team of Sales Executives
- Accountable for sales budget and results
- Conduct internal team and 1-1 meetings
- Help with recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues
- Track and report on sales funnels
- Refine our sales process both inbound and outbound
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
You have experience in managing a sales team preferably within the IT industry focusing on SaaS solutions. We would prefer if you have worked in an International and/or Nordic job environment. You will have a team with diverse background, so we need you to be proficient both in english and respecting different cultures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience generating outstanding results from similar role
- Thrive in a small environment and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Outstanding communications skills in English (working language), both written and verbal
- Minimum of 3 yrs. higher education e.g. Bachelor’s Degree in sales & marketing or international marketing
